The Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, will swear in the newly elected Council Chairmen today, Oct. 6.
This is contained in a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Tammy Wenike Danagogo on Sunday in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State’s capital.
According to Danagogo, the ceremony will take place at the Executive Council Chambers, Government House, Port Harcourt.
He added that the newly elected Chairmen are requested to arrive with one guest each and be seated for the event.
