The Benue Police Command on Sunday recovered a dead body of a yet to be identified young lady at a refused dump in Makurdi, the State Capital.
The State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Sewuese Anene said that the command had already opened investigation into the matter.
Anene said though the case was reported the identity of the victim was still unknown.
She said the Command would do everything to unravel the circumstances surrounding her death.
According to reports, the dead body was tied, put into a sack and left at a refuse dump around Iorapuu Adai Street, Nyima Hudco Quarters, Makurdi.
