Alhaji Muluku Agah, member representing Nassarawa Eggon East constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, has pledged to continue empowering his constituents, if re-elected.
Muluku, who is the Chairman, House Committee on Planning, Budget and SDGs gave the assurance on Monday at a meeting with stakeholders and his campaign coordinators of Wakama Ward in Nassarawa Eggon LGA of the state.
Muluku, who promised better days ahead, solicited the support and votes for himself, Sen. Godiya Akwashiki and Alhaji Aliyu Safiyanu( Maizuma), SDP House of Representatives candidate for Akwanga/ Nassarawa Eggon/ Wamba Federal Constituency.
He charged his campaign team to be up and doing in ensuring his victory, Sen.Akwashiki and Maizuma’s victory in the forthcoming general elections.
“I want to appreciate you all for your support, you have been going to all the nooks and crannies of your ward and beyond campaigning for me.
“I say a big thank you to you all and I want to urge you to continue to support me, Sen.Akwashiki and Maizuma to succeed in February and March elections.
“I have done my best and still doing my best in the area of education, health, water, agriculture, electricity, solar lights, employment, empowerment, assistance to the orphans, widows and less-privileged ones, among others.
“I want to re-assure you of more dividends of democracy, if given another mandate come February,” he said.
Muluku also assured them of more inclusive leadership, sound and quality representation at the state legislature.
Besides, Muluku said that Akwashiki is the best senator Nasarawa State ever produced while urging all and sundry to support Akwashiki in his senatorial re-election bid.
In their separate remarks, Mr Paul Umbugadu, the SDP Chairman Wakama Ward among other stakeholders, women and youths lauded the Sen. Akwashiki and Muluku.
They said that Akwashiki and Muluku haf performed well, hence their resolved to work tirelessly for their victory during the forthcoming general elections.
They promised their readiness to mobilise support for Muluku, Sen Akwashiki and Maizuma to succeed in the elections.(NAN)
