EBOSETALE DAVID AIGBEFOH ESQ, The Vice Chairman, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Gwagwalada Branch, FCT, has picked a nomination form to contest for the position of the Chairmanship position in the association. 

Aigbefoh, while briefing news men moments after picking the form in Gwagwalada, reiterated his determination to reposition the association a stronger branch and viable in operations.

The NBA Vice Chairman assured of a needed members oriented leadership and assuring of of his well articulated positive agendas for the association.

According to him, he will ensure that the branch gains the much needed respect of the host society which comprises Kuje, Abaji, Kwali and Gwagwalada Area Council respectively. 

“The new NBA is coming to change the tide of things and the welfare of the lawyers is very paramount because its part of the agenda. 

“I call on well-meaning members of the branch to keep faith and have hope that when elected the operations will be viable, good welfare for members and the association will leave up to expectations,” he said. 

He noted that tha association is faced with many challenges hence the need to be united and determined to respond to differences with an inclusive attitude.

Hon. Justice Nwada Balami (rtd.) while laying his blessings to Aigbefoh, urged him not to be distracted but to be focused, determined and push harder for the attainment of the desired victory. 

Balami, however, maintained that though his inlaw was also in the Chairmanship race, but that should not be a barrier of fear or discouragement in the race. 

On his part, Mr Charles Abel, the campaign Director General of Aigbefoh’s movement called on members to vote and work for his candidate for the development of the association. (NAN)
