Market Leader in Keffi Nasarawa state has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to stop giving out trailer loads of Rice as PALLIATIVES rather should channel efforts towards repairing the moribund refineries in Nigeria towards reducing the cost of petroleum products in Nigeria says Alhaji Musa yakubu the Acting Chairman keffi Market Association.

He informed that during the campaign as a bona fide member of the ruling party (APC)the Emir of keffi, chairman of keffi local government, the executive governor of nasarawa state told them to vote for president Bola Ahmed Tinubu during the 2023 general election of which he and his executives traversed all the 12 markets in keffi to campaign for Mr.president over 50times.

Making this assertion in an interview with savanna express magazine and online opined that his Excellency Governor A.A.Sule do visit keffi often with trailer loads of rice as PALLIATIVES.

He argued that keffi town have hundreds of thousands inhabitants living in the town  which make such PALLIATIVES to teach only to few people. If the fuel price reduce to 20p naira the prices of food commodities will really come down to affordable price he stated.

50kg,25kg bags of rice are distributed to people eventually only few people do receive such gestures.
