The Secretariat of the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) has condoled the Management and Staff of Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) over the demise of Mr Adams Kudu.
Kudu was until his death the State Coordinator for Kebbi, Sokoto and Zamfara.
This was made known in a statement signed and made available to newsmen by Dr Jumoke Oduwole, Special Adviser to the President on Ease of Doing Business and Secretary PEBEC over the weekend in Abuja.
According to Oduwole, Kudu was a consistent high performing Reform Champion, known for his
dedication to the implementation of critical reforms such as the electronic tax filing.
“He was a dutiful officer who was readily available to support the activities of the secretariat across the country, even at short notice. He will surely be missed by all.
“We celebrate the life he lived and the impact he made during his life time.
“We pray that the Almighty God grants him eternal rest and peace at his bosom, and to grant his former colleagues at the FIRS the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.
