Stakeholders of All Progressives Congress ( APC) from Nassarawa Eggon Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, have called on Gov. Abdullahi Sule to contest for Nasarawa North Senatorial seat come 2027.

Hon Mohammed Muluku, the State’s Commissioner for Water Resources and Rural Development made the call on behalf of the stateholders during its meeting in Nassarawa Eggon LGA on Friday.

He said that Gov. Sule had done well as Governor of the State, hence the need for the call.

Muluku, who is a former legislator in the state said that Gov. Sule has done well in the area of health, water, education, infrastructure employment, empowerment among others.

” His Excellency, Engr. A A Sule has done well in almost all sectors of the economy , we wants him to contest for Nasarawa North Senatorial Seat come 2027.

” We belief that Engr. A. A. Sule’s presence in the Senate will translate into greater opportunities and visibility for Nasarawa North.

” We urge him to accept this clarion call to national legislative service, but if His Excellency, refuses to answer our calls, we will suit him in court,” he said

Hon Muluku called on the stakeholders and other supporters of the party to remain united for the victory Gov. Sule and the party in 2027.

Also speaking, Barr Iliya Ibn-Aliyu , the Executive Chairman, Nassarawa Eggon LGA commended Gov. Sule for his developmental strides in the state.

He said that Gov. Sule is making them proud due to his laudable achievements in the state.

” We are happy with Gov. Abdullahi Sule leadership, He is God fearing and a listening Governor as he has transformed and still transforming the state positively,” he said

The Chairman urged the stakeholders to continue to unite and work together for the progress and development of the party.

” I want to call on all of us to continue to remain united and support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Gov. Abdullahi Sule in order to enjoy more dividends of democracy.

The Chairman pledged their commitment to mobilising full grassroots support across all wards and polling units in Nassarawa Eggon LGA to ensure his victory.

Besides, he urged the people of the area not to join the coalition recently formed to unseat President Tinubu in 2027.

On their parts, Dr Esther Sam Allu, North Central APC Women Leader, Dr Justina Kotso, Special Adviser to Gov.Sule ( SSG office), Mr Daniel Asele, the Executive Director, Wing Commander Abdullahi Ibrahim Vocational and Technology Institute, Lafia, Hon Mary Enwongulu, former minority leader of the state legislature, Mr Malle Moses, Deputy Chairman, Nassarawa Eggon LGA, all called on Gov. Sule to contest for Nasarawa North Senatorial Seat come 2027.

They also appreciated Gov. Sule for the good work he is doing and called on the people of the area and the state to to support Gov Sule to succeed.

They said that they would suit Gov. Sule, if he failed to answer their calls for him to contest the Senatorial Seat come 2027.

It would be reported that the meeting had in attendance Dr Esther Sam Allu, Women Leader, APC North Central, Dr Justina Kotso, Special Adviser to Gov.Sule ( SSG office), Dr Daniel Ewuga, Executive Director, Wing Commander Abdullahi Ibrahim Vocational and Technology Institute, Lafia, Mrs Mary Enwongulu, former minority leader in the state legislature, Mr Malle Moses, Deputy Chairman, Nassarawa Eggon LGA.

Others are Alhaji Yakubu-Ahmed Ubangari, the State Director General Market Management Bureau, Barr. Ben Akwash, Director General, Nasarawa State Emergency Management Agency (NASEMA) , APC supporters among others.
