Corporate Affairs Commission( CAC), has issued certification of Incorporation with Registration Number 7214574 to Nacabs and Abuluya Initiative Foundation to operate in the country.
Reacting to the Certification of Incorporation by CAC, the founder of the NGO, Mr Mandy David Abuluya said that he had decided to established the NGO to empower orphans, widows, less privileged ones and other people in the country.
” In order to better the standard of living of the indigent people and others in the country,” he said
Abuluya said that the NGO was also aimed at promoting peace and unity in the country.
” I have decided to established this foundation in order to promote unity and peace as well as empower the indigent people so as to improve on their standard of living.
” By God’s grace, I will key into good education policies and programmes that will have direct impact on the lives of our people, especially the orphans, widows and the less privileged ones in the society.
” I will also empower the people with different skills to enable them to be self reliant and be employer of labour in the country, ” he said.
Abuluya, who is the President, Eggon Cultural and Development Association ( ECDA) Worldwide appreciated CAC for approving his NGO.
The ECDA president, who is the Chairman, Police Community Relations Committee ( PCRC) Nasarawa State called on Nigerians to live in unity and tolerate one another irrespective of their affiliations.
It would be reported that the Certification of Incorporation was issued by the CAC Registrar General, Hussaini Ishaq- Magaji, SAN.
