The President of U.S. Mr Donald Trump says he is ready to sanction to hit Russia with sanctions.
Trump stated this after Russia drones and missiles hit Ukraine government building killing about three persons and injuring dozens.
Ukraine said, Russia attacked it with over 800 drone.
