The objectives of the said foundation is to ensure orphans,vulnerable groups as well as poor citizens have been given special consideration and well captured via social register and get strong legislative backing without any form of biased
Dr umar Aliyu Shayi,presently holding an official positions as Special constabulary police commandant of Bauchi State,ACG Operations Nigeria Hunters and forestry security service,DG Bauchi State vigilante and youths empowerment agency.
The primary reason of the said award of excellence was as a result of his commitment and professionalism as well as effective contribution to public safety,security of lives and properties in collaboration with all conventional security agencies across Bauchi State and beyond.
